< PreviousNEON is delighted to return to Vegas for CinemaCon ‘24, where we celebrate the magic of film, filmmakers and the big screen experience. We continue to deliver films that are distinctive, powerful, innovative, captivating, and entertaining, ensuring an unforgettable cinematic experience for audiences everywhere. This Summer, we kick off May with Babes , an energetic, heartwarming comedy featuring hilarious, shining performances by Ilana Glazer and Michelle Buteau, directed by ‘Better Things’ creator Pamela Adlon in a confident filmmaking debut. Babes follows inseparable childhood best friends Eden (Ilana Glazer) and Dawn (Michelle Buteau), having grown up together in NYC, now firmly in different phases of adulthood. When carefree and single Eden decides to have a baby on her own after a one-night stand, their friendship faces its greatest challenge. Fresh off its raucous World Premiere at SXSW, The Hollywood Reporter says Babes “nails the comedy” as the modern-day version of Bridesmaids. This Summer, NEON brings you the Oscar-nominated, animated film, Robot Dreams. Dog lives in Manhattan and he’s tired of being alone. One day he decides to build himself a robot, a companion. Their friendship blossoms, until they become inseparable, to the rhythm of 80’s NYC. One summer night, DOG, with great sadness, is forced to abandon ROBOT at the beach. Will they ever meet again? Some of you got a taste of Robot Dreams during March where we played Sneak Previews across the country, to an outstanding result. Robot Dreams heads into June with its full-scale theatrical release, celebrating the pastime of Summer family film- going, with a movie that is enjoyable for both adults and children. NEON is excited to bring Cuckoo to theaters this Summer, from second time feature filmmaker Tilman Singer. Cuckoo stars Hunter Schafer (“Euphoria”) as she is menaced by a hilariously eccentric villain, Dan Stevens (“Downton Abbey”) in a new horror film that is both stylish and extremely creepy. Variety calls it “deliriously entertaining” and between its Alpine backdrop and its exceptional sound design, the film makes for an amazing cinematic experience, not to be missed with an audience full of fans. Mark your calendars for July 12 as we unveil Longlegs , starring It Follows actress Maika Monroe alongside Nicolas Cage. Prepare for a gripping cat-and-mouse thriller where FBI Agent Lee Harker (Maika Monroe) delves into an unsolved serial killer case, only to confront an unforeseen twist involving the occult and a haunting personal link. Written and directed by Osgood Perkins, Longlegs is the scariest horror film of 2024. Later this year, NEON will release Presence, a twisty, new horror film from the Oscar- winning, Steven Soderbergh. Directed by Soderbergh and penned by David Koepp ( Jurassic Park, Mission Impossible ), this haunting, psychological thriller follows a fractured family as a mysterious supernatural force infiltrates their new home and takes interest in their family. Soderbergh’s inventive take on the Ghost Story creates a nail- biting experience that will give audiences a wild ride in theaters. This Summer NEON will release Anora , a Romance from award-winning filmmaker Sean Baker (Tangerine, The Florida Project) with an incredible star-turn performance from Mikey Madison (Once Upon A Time In Hollywood).
