REGISTRATION INFORMATION
TO ALL PAID REGISTRANTS OF CINEMACON 2020
As you are already aware, due to the ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 virus, this year’s convention has been cancelled. Please note the show has been “cancelled” and not postponed. The next edition of CinemaCon will take place from 23 – 26 August, 2021.
As a paid convention registrant for the 2020 convention, we understand there are many questions that need to be answered and addressed such as:
- Refund policy, timeline and method.
- Can funds submitted in 2020 be carried over to the 2021 convention?
We know there are other questions as well we have not noted above. As this is an unprecedented situation for all of us, we kindly ask your patience as we navigate and understand all that needs to be done. We understand all of your concerns and questions and we want to make sure we provide you with the best, most intelligent and helpful answers as possible. Your support of CinemaCon is something we value and appreciate.
As well, with the convention being canceled, please make sure to cancel any/all of your hotel reservations made be it at Caesars, Ballys, Flamingo or any other hotel.
