International Package

Geared specifically for those industry professionals in the International Market—Includes ALL scheduled and sponsored CinemaCon events and functions included in the Domestic Package PLUS all programming and sponsored events associated with International Day on Monday, 24 March. (Programming begins at approximately 8:30am and runs through Thursday evening, 27 March). For those interested in INTERNATIONAL markets, this is your Best Value!

Domestic Package

Includes all scheduled and sponsored CinemaCon Events—studio presentations and screenings, seminars, trade show, food functions and of course, the Gala Final Night Award Ceremony and Dinner Reception. (Official CinemaCon Programming is scheduled to begin at approximately 3:30pm on Monday, 24 March and runs through Thursday evening, 27 March). For those interested in INTERNATIONAL markets, this is your Best Value!

Trade Show and Seminar Package

Gains admittance to officially scheduled CinemaCon seminars and the Trade Show. Screenings and sponsored food events are not covered.

Trade Show Pass / Trade Show Exhibitor / Guest

Gains admittance to the CinemaCon Trade Show ONLY. Screenings, sponsored events and seminars are NOT included.

Member Rates

Member rates apply to any member in good standing of National NATO, ICTA or NAC. Membership will be verified prior to any registration being officially processed. Important Note: Regional NATO association members and those members of ICTA and NAC representing theater/cinema circuits or operators must also be members of NATIONAL NATO in order to receive reduced member rates. This is applicable to all member registration categories.

Online Registration and Payment

Online registration will remain open until Wednesday, 19 March. Payment must be submitted with registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Paying by Check or Wire Transfer

To pay by check or wire transfer, submit a registration form with the actual check or confirmation of wire transfer. It must be received by Friday, 14 March. Checks must be in US Dollars, drawn on a US bank and should be made payable to CinemaCon LLC. Wire transfer instructions can be obtained from CinemaCon by contacting Cynthia Schuler. Registrant must pay all transfer fees. Forms received without payment will NOT be processed.

Confirmation

Registration confirmation will arrive via email within 24 hours of submitting an online registration. Please be sure to present your email confirmation and government-issued photo ID when you arrive for your credentials. If you mail or fax your registration, confirmations will also be distributed via email but will be delayed due to mail and extended processing time. If you do not receive a confirmation email in a timely manner, please notify the Registration Center.

Groups

Organizations purchasing 10 or more International or Domestic packages may contact at NATO for assistance regarding special packages and group pickups.

Badges and Required Identification

You will be required to show a current, valid government picture ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) to pick up your badge and other materials. Be sure to check the schedule for registration hours and locations. Your badge should be worn at all times and is required for admission to all events.

Substitution and Changes

Substitutions are allowed with the permission of the original registrant. A substitution is a straight transfer of registration credentials with no adjustment to the registration category or payment. If a change to the registration category or payment is required, the original registrant will be canceled with a $75 administrative fee and the new registrant will be processed at the prevailing rate.

Submit changes by Wednesday, 19 March, 2014 to the Registration Center.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend may substitute another person. In the event no substitution can be made, submit a cancellation request in writing. Cancellation requests received by Friday, 28 February will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received after 28 February, as well as unused registrations or tickets, will not be refunded.

Submit cancellation requests to the Registration Center by 28 February. Credit card refunds will be issued upon approval. Approved check refunds will be issued approximately three to four weeks after CinemanCon has closed.
